Forza is the the way to go! Forza isn't a street racer like need for speed but rather a simulation racer. But you can change everything from the motor, transmission, racing clutches, paint etc! Forza 3 is the most recent and still retails for around 60 bucks. If you dont want to spend a ton Forza 2 has all the same features mentioned above and can be picked up for around 5 bucks! Check it out!
The JUICED series have very realistic racing, and a kart-full of customizing options, it's more of a real-life game, as you can damage your car, like in simulation. It costs less than 30 bucks
