Would people at car boot sales be interested?
Thanks.
Suggestion:
you would need to do some research … some halfpennies are worth more than others … for instance in a year when only a few were minted the value is likely to be higher whereas a year when loads were minted will probably be cheaper … it also depends on how old they are and what condition they are in, for instance are they very worn or are they as new?
look at the chart on this web site
http://www.coins-of-the-uk.co.uk/values/halfp.html
it says a Queen Elizabeth halfpenny dated 1958 is worth 1 pound, but a George V halfpenny dated 1919 is worth 30 pounds
best to do your homework first before you take them to a coin dealer so that you don't get ripped off
