Hilton Head Island, SC – Authorities say deputies were sent out to a restaurant on Hilton Head Island when a man started dancing and 'doing ninja moves.'

The Beaufort County Sheriff's Office responded to the "Jump and Phil's Bar Grill" Sunday morning when an employee called 911 and stated that a man had taken his shirt off in the parking lot, started to dance and doing "ninja moves" with a hatchet and another weapon in his hand.

Customers of the business were then moved inside for their safety and an employee called 911. Authorities say the man then left the business and police were able to locate the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop.

According to investigators, the suspect then got out of his car and started walking towards the patrol vehicle. The officer then reported that the suspect walked to the passenger side of his vehicle and took out a hatchet and wooden cane, and placed them on the ground.

When police questioned the man about the incident, the man said, "he was just dancing." The man was later released without incident.
