My Car Won't Start in Cold Weather or After the Key is Left Half Way Turned for Even Less Than 5 Mins….?
I have had my battery tested several times and it tests fine. The connections are shiny and smooth and clean. I can't use any power while the car is turned off or it will drain the battery. Since the weather is getting colder now it won't start in the morning without being jumped.
I'm not sure if the battery is the kind that takes water. I can only assume the people at walmart and auto zone would have checked that too.
Should I just get a new battery anyway?
It's a 2007 Hyundai Entourage.
Suggestion:
Your battery is almost 4 years old. Batteries typically last around 3 – 5 years. I think if you replace the battery your problem will be solved.
