My Car Died the Other Day. What Do I Do?

I started my car the other day, and it ran for about 30 seconds. As i flicked on my lights to start going home, everything shut off. I tried restarting it and nothing happened, no noise, nothing. My battery is fine, (i tried to jump start it, sparks fly, im not doing it wrong, its not the battery) i check all the fuses, their fine. It has a 1/4 of a tank in it and its on a hill, but it wouldnt have started if it was low on gas. I dont know what else i can check, but my car is pissing me off. Anyone have any other suggestions of what it can be? (btw nothing turns on electrically when i turn the keys, so its most likely not mechanical)

Btw, "flying sparks" during battery jump means something likely done wrong.

Duno how u kno battery is "fine" after that w/o a load test on it. Check batt cables, ground, etc.

Take it out, get it load tested.
