Is This Used Car Deal Worth It?

Its a 2004 yellow mini cooper S with 32,000 miles (only driven in the summer) and it was kept up with maintenance they have all the papers, its from a little private dealer. The carfax seems to be good, he wants 14,500 for it.
its pretty much fully loaded. is it worth it or should i wait.
