If You Had $70,000 and Wanted to Buy, then Build a Custom Car?

I got this idea from reading about the new custom-built $70,000 jeep. A lot of people were saying that they would buy a used vehicle, and "pimp my ride" it up into something custom-built.

If I gave you $70,000 and asked you to buy/rebuild a vehicle for me, what do you suggest?
I am tall, 6'2", 280 lbs (weightlifter), big, wide and heavy. I like to drive; so I need auto, air, cruise, nice stereo, great headlights and good tail lights for those fog days. We get a lot of rain; so probably no to pickup trucks; I see too many of them spin out without warning on the roads. I was THINKING about the 2012 Ford Police car Taurus when it comes for sale to the public in 2013; and then customize it (how about red exterior and black interior) and change the strobes to yellow. Just worried about the Dodge Charger, RTX or police version. Dodges need a lot of repairs.

Jeeps are hot, I ve got a cherokee and my son just bought wrangler, we love. With that kind of money why not consider a 68-69 camaro and do a total restore.
