Suggestion:
Check out the defra website. I believe you can sell eggs without being registered if you produce under a certain amount.
A car boot sale is a bit of a strange place to sell eggs though. I don't know how many you'd sell. You can just try putting a sign in your window or putting flyers though your neighbours doors.
EDIT: No you don't have to be registered to sell. Check out the document below. If you do still want to sell at car boot sales than you should make sure you tell the manager when you book a pitch as they may have rules about selling food.
