How Can I Tell if My Airbags on My Lincoln Continental 93 Work or Not_?

i have a lincoln continental year 1993. the car doesn't have the shock. well there broken all 4 of them i want to no how can i tell if the airbags work or if it is the shocks_ when i drive the car and go over a bump or an uneven shop on the street the car will just start to jump i dont know if that helps answer the question

hit a wall, with more then 30mph, and see if your air bags come out…
