Gave a Jump & Next Day My Car Wouldn't Start. Nothing is Coming On, but My Battery is Less Than 6 Months Old?
It's a process of elimination. First, check all your connections are clean and tight. Okay? Then you may still have a duff battery, despite its age. Or the alternator may not be doing its job. Or there may be another fuse or wiring problem. Relatively easy to check by a mechanic or vehicle electrician with the right meters.
Answer:
with new cars and their computers, if you had your car running when you boosted you might have roasted your computer doing a good deed.
The old way of boosting does not apply nowadays.
Boosting vehicle must be off
Boosted vehicle negative must be grounded to frame not to negative post on dead battery.
Have your ECU checked

Either your battery is shot or your alternator is not charging the battery (assuming you ran the car for a decent time after the jump)
A repair shop can diagnose the exact problem.
Get the battery and alternator tested. it's most likely your alternator, but the battery could be faulty.
