Suggestion:
No. No car has a salvage title due to "minor body damage"
The car was damaged so badly it was written off by the insurance and this guy bought it and repaired it.
The pictures he has may not show pillar. or "A" frame damage etc
You can twist the car but the pictures may only show surface damage.
i would not go near this deal
